Recombinant protein. Human asprosin aa 2732-2871 is fused at the C-terminus to a His-tag. Source E. coli. Lyophilized from 0.2µm-filtered solution in 50mM Tris-HClpH 8.2, 200mM NaCl. Asprosin is a new fasting-induced protein hormone that targets the liver to increase plasma glucose levels. Asprosin is the C-terminal cleavage product of the protein pro-Fibrillin-1. Asprosin is secreted from white adipose tissue and increases hepatic glucose production by using cAMP as a second messenger, leading to activation of protein Kinase A. Reduction of Asprosin levels protects against metabolic syndrome-associated hyperinsulinism. Asprosin may act as a circulating hunger signal. Indeed, peripherally injected recombinant asprosin can cross the blood-brain barrier and intracerebroventricular i.c.v. injection of recombinant asprosin stimulated appetite in wild-type mice, indicating a central mechanism of action.

Protein. Human IL-37 aa 1-218 is fused at the C-terminus to a His-tag. Source E. coli. Endotoxin content <0.01EU/µg purified protein LAL test Lonza. Lyophilized. Contains PBS. Purity >95% SDS-PAGE. IL-37 IL-1F7 IL-1H4 is an IL-1 family member that is expressed only in certain types of human organs and cells such as heart, thymus, testis, kidney, mononuclear cells PBMCs and dendritic cells. IL-37 is an inhibitor of innate immunity with anti-inflammatory properties. It binds to the interleukin-18 receptor IL-18R and its co-receptor SIGIRR. IL-37 is secreted as a full-length and as a processed form starting from amino acid Val46. It plays an important role as a link between innate and adaptive immunity and acts as an inhibitor of autoimmune diseases and tumor growth. IL-37 also inhibited Lipopolysaccharide LPS-induced immunological reaction and LPS-induced osteoclast formation and bone resorption.

Recombinant Protein. Human sortilin aa 78-755 is fused at the C-terminus to a His-tag. Source W2. Lyophilized. Contains PBS. Sortilin is a type I transmembrane multiligand receptor that is a member of the Vacuolar protein sorting 10 protein Vps10p domain receptor family. It is a 95 kDa protein, ubiquitously expressed, although most abundantly expressed in neurons, hepatocytes, adipocytes and white blood cells including macrophages. Sortilin is synthesized as a propeptide in the endoplasmic reticulum ER and processed to its mature form by furin-mediated cleavage in the trans-Golgi network. The primary function of sortilin is trafficking proteins from the Golgi to secretory vesicles and endolysosomal compartments. The majority of trafficking is from the Golgi to the endosomal compartment where sortilin deposits cargo targeted for catabolism in the lysosome and then is trafficked back to the Golgi via a retromer complex.

Genscript Corporation CD34 His Mouse
CD34 is a transmembrane phosphoglycoprotein first identified on hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells Clinically it is associated with the selection and enrichment of hematopoietic stem cells for bone marrow transplants Due to these historical and clinical associations CD34 expression is almost ubiquitously related to hematopoietic cells and it is a common misconception that CD34-positive (CD34()) cells in nonhematopoietic samples represent hematopoietic contamination

Antibodies Online TXNDC12 Protein (His tag) Recombinant Human Cells, This TXNDC12 protein is labelled with His tag. 50 μg
Background: Thioredoxin Domain-Containing Protein 12 belongs to the thioredoxin superfamily. In this family, proteins possess a thioredoxin fold with a consensus active-site sequence (CxxC) and have roles in redox regulation, defense against oxidative stress, refolding of disulfide-containing proteins, and regulation of transcription factors. TXNDC12 is widely expressed in many tissues and contains one thioredoxin domain.

Genscript Corporation CD46 His Canine
CD46 was discovered in 1986 during a search for novel C3b-binding proteins CD46 is expressed ubiquitously and functions as a co-factor in the factor I-mediated proteolytic cleavage of C3b and C4b Its vital role in preventing complement deposition on host tissue is underpinned by the fact that deficiency of CD46 is a predisposing factor for numerous disease conditions arising from complement-mediated self-attack

Genscript Corporation CD4/LEU3 Biotin His Avi
CD4 also known as L3T4 T4 and W3/25 is an approximately 55 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein that is expressed predominantly on thymocytes and a subset of mature T lymphocytes It is a standard phenotype marker for the identification of T cell populations Integral membrane glycoprotein that plays an essential role in the immune response and serves multiple functions in responses against both external and internal offenses In T-cells functions primarily as a coreceptor for MHC class II molecule peptide complex
